Hi,
Thank You to everyone for all your support and well wishes over the last while, it all helps 🙂
Today it’s raining in the Irish Midlands. I love where I live but sometimes I do miss living beside the ocean and the beach where I did when I was growing up.
The last time I was at the beach was when I brought my partner to a very beautiful place on the East Coast of Ireland.It is the place from my youth & close to my heart. Now one of my fondest memories is of my sweetheart and I doing Tai Chi on the beach then being very childlike, running around taking silly photos!
So here’s a little reminder of that day, a picture of a conch shell I picked up , created by using pastels. I have only used pastels a few times & I really enjoy the freedom of colour blending.
Hope you like this piece and where ever you are, I hope the Sun is shining outside. If not, try to remember regardless of the weather, the Sun can always shine in you!

I managed to get some art done today, makes me feel useful especially when the pain is kicking off!
